This public consultation event sets out the initial design proposals as well as the technical and environmental considerations which have informed the proposed design. Barratt Homes West Midlands is keen to engage with the local community and other stakeholder parties before finalising the proposals and submitting a planning application.

The proposals aim to meet local housing needs and priorities, including contributing to addressing Lichfield District Council’s current housing land supply shortfall and providing affordable housing. Barratt welcomes community feedback to help shape this exciting new development.
